Mr. Vinayak Lokur – Managing Director

Mr. Vinayak Lokur, an Industrial & Production Engineer with executive education from IIM Ahmedabad, brings deep multi-functional expertise across materials management, production engineering, design, and TQM. He leads Expert’s customer development, exports, product development, and organisational capability initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and global competitiveness.

Beyond his role at Expert, he contributes to the industry ecosystem as a Director of the Indian Valves and Actuator Manufacturers’ Association (IVAMA) and serves as a certified assessor for the CII Business Excellence framework, reinforcing his commitment to elevating standards across the sector.

Mr. A. R. Kalluraya – Founder Director

A seasoned mechanical engineer with over 5 decades of industry experience, Mr. A. R. Kalluraya has contributed extensively to machine shop operations, tool room management, and industrial engineering. He has collaborated with leading engineering organisations across the US, Europe, and Japan, and has been recognised by industry bodies and government agencies for his contributions. He continues to guide the organisation in strategic direction, technology roadmap, and product development policies.

Late Mr. Sharad Lokur – Former Director

Late Mr. Sharad Lokur dedicated more than four decades to manufacturing and finance. His expertise in gauges, tooling, jigs, and fixtures significantly enhanced the company’s productivity and quality systems. He played a foundational role in strengthening procurement, finance, and commercial operations, leaving behind a legacy of discipline, precision, and integrity.

Mr. Nitin Lokur – Additional Director

A Production Engineer with a strong background in Information Technology, Mr. Nitin Lokur brings international experience from assignments across the United States, Europe, and Scandinavia.
